Depressed about not seeing boyfriend??

my boyfriend has a job and i love it. but i feel depressed when i don't get to see him. i'm lucky to see him once a week. one of the things that i think lead to us breaking up about 3 years ago was that we didn't see each other enough. how do i make sure that doesn't become a problem when my mother is a ***** and won't let him come up..........he can't come up today cuz she is going to a bball game where the person she is going to see doesn't even want her to be there.
