NRL Rule Changes 2011?

The play the ball one is well overdue. I think we are all sick of players getting up and taking two or three paces before playing the ball. I hope it gets policed throughout the season. Personally, I hate these calls of "dominant", "surrender" tackles. Just let the referee call the players off. If they are too slow, penalise them. It worked for years before they brought that in. I think the hardest to adjudicate on will be the decoy runner/obstruction rule. If it impropves these calls we've had over the past few seasons good.
