Replacing leather seat cover on a 2004 sienna?

anyone knows how to remove or replace the front seat cover on a 2004 toyot sienna? i am replace the leather upholstery, and i can not get the back cover off it, it does not seem to have screws anywhere, and i try to push and pull it, but it wouldnt come off. anyone had idea?
