This year will Patrick Crayton solidify himself as a top reciever?

I'm not talking like a Andre Johnson or Larry Fitzgerald kinda guy but like Wes Welker. Will he be one of the best #2 recievers in the league. He's a solid reciever with average speed for his position and has great hands and isn't afraid to go across the middle. He has average size as well. The only knock on him is speed IMO. Will he be a well known reciever by the end of this season?
