Neeed help for 8th grade grad dress !?

okay . im graduating the 8th grade and i need a dress . im a size 3/4 or just 3 in junior . 5'4 . i would prefer the dress to be above my knees . not anything too neon . maybe pastels or black&whites . i like halter and strapless dresses . has to be $60 or under , maybe a little more . any suggestions ?
