Diet plan for a fussy eater?
Im 20 and i want to loose about 2 stone and im also very unfit aswell...i only have to run around the block then im nakered. I want to go on more of a "healthy eating" and more excorsize really more than a strict diet but because im a very fussy eater im finding it very hard. I lost most fruit apart from mango, bannanas and blackberries etc but i love my apples gs cherries strawberrys and melon. But i hate salad the only thing i really like is lettice and the only veg i really like is carrots, swede and peas. I also hate fish, nuts and all things really good for you like that. When i try and introduce food i dont like its makes me feel sick (i know its self consious) But i wondered if there was some kind of diet plan i could have with the foods i do like?
