I don't know about #1 or #3, but number 2 sounds like folliis, and when it's that bad it may mean it's caused by staph. And if you're diabetic and get any kind of infection you need to go straight to the doctor. The infection will raise your blood sugar, and the elevated blood sugar levels will make your infection worse. Which will make your sugars higher. And so on.
