CPA Firms like KPMG in Sacramento only hires WHITE PEOPLE?

Many firms have a policy that says they are an equal opportunity employer and that they do not discriminates on the bases of race. That is a bunch of bull, it is window dressing, and lip service. What actually happens is that if you don't fit into the fraternity mentality of many of these "SNOBBY" places of employment, you don't get in. I am happy to work for a non-snob place (NON-White PLace), so that I can be me. These Frat employers are so superficial. I would not waste my time trying to climb the latter based on merit, thoses places only promote you if you are "socially" compatible to their way of thinking. Which is, lies are good, cheating is permitted, ethics be gone, and be very superficial and look good by selling your soul of virtues.
