I have Keratosis Pilaris a.k.a (goosebump skin) and im wondering how can i treat it.?

so is there lotion or anything that could help reduce the appearance of KP. this condition is where there is excess keratin around hair follicle which gives it a raised reddish look. would getting laser hair removal on my arms do anything.
