I need some flirting help!?

I'm a bowler and I've been bowling for the last four years at this po-dunk bowling alley. A new guy has been working up there for the last two years and when I went to volunteer for the special olympics,he asked for my number so he could help me with my bowling. For the last two years everyone has told me, but i was never convinced that Matt, the new guy, liked me. (I recently broke up with my boyfriend of a year and a half... i think that might have sparked him finally asking me out.) I went bowling with Matt last night, and i have another outing with him tonight. The date we had went very very well. He seems very interested, but when i text, he seems different. I just need a few subtle flirting tips to hopefully get a sign that he isn't interested or he is. He asked me out both times, and for my number... by the way. We had so much eye contact and "accidental touching" (he lightly put his hands on my hips to move me on the bowling approach... it totally wasn't necessary.), and he asked me out to dinner afterwards..
