What do you think i should do aabout thiis?

I have boyfriend right he's great i love everything about him i mean we baley agrue he's a really great guy....I may be startin to fall in love with him but im not sure this one litlle thing is holdin me back. I know almost evry girl gets that insecurity about there boyfriend cheating......but i know he's not anyway to make a long story short his name starts with and r and his ex girls name start with a c and on the middle of his chest he has ( R <3 C ) i asked him to tell wat it stands for of coursed he lied and said it stands for my grandmother and some stuff like that but cmon now it a co-wink tht you have r <3 c and your name starts with a and so does your ex.....so help me out here thank =)
