Ever feel like you just can't take another day?

Get out the Tom Hanks movie Castaway. Right at the end he expounds upon the philosophy that kept him alive. In essence he says that we must just keep on living until one day something happens to enable us to change our lives. Suicide really creates more problems than it resolves so don�t even think about going down that road.Good luck.
