Cut back on your eating and calorie intake. Seriously make it one meal a day or a few healthy snacks throughout the day. Guys lose weight quick when they reduce meal intakes and calories. Also if you do work out eat enough to have the calories to burn, so watch yourself if you want to cut back your calorie intake and exercise at the same time. You don't want to p out if you don't have enough calories to burn or energy to use during a work out. I suggest you do a combination of the both to lose weight the quickest.
