Should I or shouldn't I?

I like this guy. He is amazing and always makes me smile. He is making me laugh constantly. He is 24 about to be 25 and I am 18. At first I thought he was liking me because I am young and a little stupid, but I don't think so anymore. My parents know about him because I asked them if I should go out with him and they kinda said no way. You can't date him until you are 20 because they you will have played the game. He knows the gmae and you are just learning the rules. That was in January and he said he understood and said that he didn't want to do anything without my parent's approval which made me like him even more. I am extremely close with my family but I do like thi sperson. He makes me happy but I want teverything to be fine. what do i do. do i make him wait two years before we can go out or should i keep asking my parents. should I give it more months and ask again or waht. help me out. lol! thanks
