How creative are you? dessert question?

tonite i would like to surprise my hubby after work with a korean dinner. i have no clue what to make for dessert but i would like it to go along with the rest of the meal. i am making mandu (appetizer), pulgogi with a side of rice and kim chi. now whats for dessert? i have left-over orange, ginger and sesame but i am not creative enough to figure something out. please help!
